1. 条款接受

当您下载、安装、运行本授权启动器（以下简称“本软件”）或使用其解锁/加载的 Live2D 模型、配套资源、挂件、插件等内容（统称“内容”）时，即表示您已阅读并同意遵守本条款。若您不同意，请停止使用并卸载。

2. 授权范围（允许的使用）

在遵守本条款前提下，我们授予您一项非排他、不可转让、可撤销的许可，仅用于：

在您本人拥有/管理的设备上，通过本软件完成授权与启动流程；
在 VTube Studio 等合法软件环境中进行个人创作、直播或录制；
在授权允许的设备数量范围内使用（以购买/获得的授权说明为准）。

3. 禁止行为（特别重要）

以下行为被明确禁止（包括但不限于）：

对本软件、安装包或内容进行反编译、反汇编、解包、破解、绕过授权校验、篡改流程；
尝试提取、导出、复原、收集或传播“clean/无水印”资源、关键文件或可复用素材；
以任何形式将内容分享给第三方、二转、二次转售、打包分发、上传网盘、公开传播；
以“购买一份供多人/公会/团队共享”等方式使用；
移除、遮挡、篡改或规避水印、标识、版权信息或技术保护措施。

如出现上述行为，我们有权立即终止授权、撤销相关激活码/许可证，并保留依法追究责任的权利。

4. 模型、挂件及解锁版本使用规则

本工具及相关服务仅用于协助委托方对已授权的 Live2D 模型、挂件、服装及相关文件进行使用管理与版权保护。

委托方确认：由委托方提供给我方协助处理、封装启动器或提供技术支持的 Live2D 模型运行文件、挂件、服装及相关资源，包括但不限于其解锁版本、去限制版本、无锁版本及相关文件，仅限委托方本人或双方约定的指定账号、指定用途、指定范围内使用。

未经我方及相关权利方明确书面同意，委托方不得将上述 Live2D 模型运行文件、挂件、服装及相关资源，包括但不限于解锁版本、去限制版本、无锁版本及相关文件，以任何形式向第三方提供、转赠、满赠、出售、共享、出租、转授权，或作为粉丝福利、消费奖励、抽奖奖品、社群福利、促销赠品等进行发放。

如委托方自行将上述文件提供给第三方，或因自行转赠、满赠、出售、共享、账号外借、换号使用、文件外流等行为，导致盗卖、二次传播、侵权纠纷、售后争议、资产损失或其他风险，均由委托方自行承担全部责任。

我方不对委托方超出约定范围的使用、分发、转赠、共享、去限制传播或第三方使用行为承担任何维护、追责、赔偿、协助处理或售后义务。由此产生的额外处理工作，我方有权拒绝，或根据实际情况另行收费。

如发现委托方存在违反上述约定的行为，我方有权停止相关服务，暂停或终止后续维护，并保留限制授权、撤回交付、平台投诉、证据保全及进一步追究责任的权利。

继续使用本工具或相关服务，即视为已阅读、理解并同意以上规则。

5. 设备绑定与校验

为实现授权校验，本软件可能会基于设备信息生成匿名化设备标识（machine_hash），用于判断授权是否在允许范围内使用。

5.1 授权与风控说明（可追溯）

为保护创作者权益、防止未经授权的复制、转售或再分发，本软件在授权与使用过程中，可能会收集并记录以下信息用于授权验证与来源识别：

设备信息：基于设备信息生成的匿名化设备标识（machine_hash）；
网络信息：IP地址、网络请求时间戳；
授权状态：激活码使用记录、登录与校验日志。

该类信息仅用于以下目的：

授权有效性验证、防止激活码滥用（如异常IP登录/多地共享）；
在发生侵权、纠纷或异常传播时，协助确认授权来源。

6. 软件性质声明（合规说明）

本软件为外置授权启动器，用于管理内容的授权与启动流程。我们承诺：

不修改 VTube Studio 本体；
不进行注入（Injection）、Hook、劫持或调用非官方接口实现破解式功能；
软件可卸载，相关文件可按指引清理。

7. 风险与责任限制

本软件与内容按“现状”提供。因系统环境、杀毒软件、权限设置、磁盘故障、第三方软件更新等因素导致的异常，我们会尽力提供合理支持，但不对由此产生的间接损失承担责任。

8. 违规处理

如我们合理判断存在违规（含尝试提取皮套文件、传播、破解等），我们可采取包括但不限于：撤销授权、冻结/作废激活码、拒绝支持、保存相关证据并依法处理。

9. 支持与联系

如您在使用过程中遇到问题，请通过官方渠道联系客服并提供必要信息（例如错误截图/日志）。

10. 条款更新

我们可能会不定期更新本条款。更新后继续使用即视为接受新条款；若不同意，请停止使用并卸载。

11. 隐私说明

本软件在运行过程中会收集必要的信息（详见第5.1条）以保障授权安全。我们承诺不收集您的个人隐私内容（如摄像头、通讯录、非相关硬盘文件）。如您对数据处理有疑问，可通过官方渠道联系我们。

1. 規約への同意

お客様が本認証ランチャー（以下「本ソフト」）をダウンロード、インストール、実行し、または本ソフトにより認証・解放・読み込みされる Live2D モデル、関連リソース、アクセサリー、プラグイン等のコンテンツ（以下、総称して「本コンテンツ」）を使用した時点で、お客様は本規約を読み、これに同意したものとみなされます。ご同意いただけない場合は、直ちに使用を中止し、アンインストールしてください。

2. 許諾範囲（許可される利用）

お客様が本規約を遵守することを条件として、当社はお客様に対し、以下の目的に限り、非独占的、譲渡不可、取消可能なライセンスを付与します：

お客様本人が所有または管理する端末上で、本ソフトを用いて認証および起動手続きを行うこと；
VTube Studio などの正規ソフトウェア環境において、個人による創作、配信、録画を行うこと；
購入または付与されたライセンス条件に定める許可台数の範囲内で利用すること。

3. 禁止事項（特に重要）

以下の行為は禁止されます（これらに限られません）：

本ソフト、本インストーラー、または本コンテンツについて、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル、展開、解析、クラック、認証回避、または動作フローの改ざんを行うこと；
「clean／透かし無し」リソース、重要ファイル、または再利用可能な素材を抽出、エクスポート、復元、収集、または拡散しようとすること；
本コンテンツを第三者に共有すること、二次配布、二次販売、パッケージ配布、クラウドストレージへのアップロード、または公衆送信すること；
「1ライセンスを複数人・サークル・チームで共有する」形式で利用すること；
透かし、識別表示、著作権表示、または技術的保護手段を削除、隠蔽、改ざん、回避すること。

上記のいずれかに該当する行為が確認された場合、当社は直ちにライセンスを終了し、関連するアクティベーションコードまたはライセンスを取り消すことができ、さらに法令に基づき責任を追及する権利を留保します。

4. モデル、アクセサリーおよび制限解除版の利用規則

本ツールおよび関連サービスは、依頼者が正当に許諾を受けた Live2D モデル、アクセサリー、衣装および関連ファイルについて、利用管理および著作権保護を補助する目的でのみ提供されます。

依頼者は、依頼者が当社に提供し、当社が処理補助、ランチャー封装、または技術サポートを行う Live2D モデルの実行ファイル、アクセサリー、衣装および関連リソースについて、これらの制限解除版、制限除去版、ロック無し版および関連ファイルを含め、依頼者本人または双方が合意した指定アカウント、指定用途、指定範囲内でのみ使用できることを確認します。

当社および関連権利者の明示的な書面による同意なく、依頼者は、上記の Live2D モデル実行ファイル、アクセサリー、衣装および関連リソース（制限解除版、制限除去版、ロック無し版および関連ファイルを含みますが、これらに限られません）を、第三者に提供、譲渡、購入特典として配布、販売、共有、貸与、再許諾してはならず、またファン特典、購入特典、抽選賞品、コミュニティ特典、販売促進用景品等として配布してはなりません。

依頼者が自ら上記ファイルを第三者に提供した場合、または自ら譲渡、購入特典としての配布、販売、共有、アカウント貸与、アカウント変更利用、ファイル流出等を行ったことにより、盗難販売、二次拡散、権利侵害紛争、サポート上の争議、資産損失その他のリスクが発生した場合、その一切の責任は依頼者が負うものとします。

当社は、依頼者による約定範囲を超えた利用、配布、譲渡、共有、制限解除状態での拡散、または第三者による利用について、保守、追跡、賠償、処理協力、サポート等の義務を負いません。これにより発生する追加対応について、当社はこれを拒否し、または実情に応じて別途費用を請求することができます。

依頼者による本規則違反が確認された場合、当社は関連サービスを停止し、後続の保守を一時停止または終了することができ、さらにライセンス制限、交付物の撤回、プラットフォームへの通報、証拠保全および追加の責任追及を行う権利を留保します。

本ツールまたは関連サービスを継続して利用することにより、依頼者は本規則を読み、理解し、同意したものとみなされます。

5. 端末識別および認証確認

ライセンス認証を実現するため、本ソフトは端末情報に基づいて匿名化された端末識別子（machine_hash）を生成し、ライセンスが許可範囲内で利用されているかを確認するために使用する場合があります。

5.1 ライセンス認証および不正対策について（追跡可能性）

端末情報：端末情報に基づいて生成された匿名化端末識別子（machine_hash）；
ネットワーク情報：IPアドレス、ネットワークリクエストのタイムスタンプ；
認証状態：アクティベーションコードの使用記録、ログイン記録、認証確認ログ。

これらの情報は、以下の目的にのみ使用されます：

ライセンスの有効性確認、およびアクティベーションコードの不正利用防止（異常な IP ログインや多地点共有等）；
権利侵害、紛争、または異常拡散が発生した場合に、認証元を確認するための補助。

6. ソフトウェアの性質に関する説明（コンプライアンス）

本ソフトは、本コンテンツの認証および起動フローを管理するための外部認証ランチャーです。当社は以下を約束します：

VTube Studio 本体を改変しません；
インジェクション（Injection）、Hook、乗っ取り、または非公式インターフェースを用いたクラック的機能の実装は行いません；
本ソフトはアンインストール可能であり、関連ファイルも案内に従って削除できます。

7. リスクおよび責任の制限

本ソフトおよび本コンテンツは「現状有姿」で提供されます。OS 環境、セキュリティソフト、権限設定、ディスク障害、第三者ソフトウェアの更新等に起因する不具合について、当社は合理的な範囲でサポートに努めますが、これにより生じる間接損害について責任を負いません。

8. 違反時の対応

当社が合理的に規約違反（モデルファイルの抽出の試み、拡散、クラック等を含む）があると判断した場合、当社は以下を含む措置を講じることができます：ライセンス取消、アクティベーションコードの凍結または無効化、サポート拒否、関連証拠の保存、および法令に基づく対応。

9. サポートおよびお問い合わせ

ご利用中に問題が発生した場合は、公式窓口を通じてカスタマーサポートまでご連絡のうえ、必要に応じてエラー画面のスクリーンショットやログ等の情報をご提供ください。

10. 規約の更新

当社は本規約を随時更新する場合があります。更新後も継続して本ソフトまたは本コンテンツを利用した場合、お客様は更新後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。同意されない場合は、使用を中止し、アンインストールしてください。

11. プライバシーについて

本ソフトは、ライセンス保護のために必要な情報（詳細は第5.1条）を収集する場合があります。当社は、カメラ、連絡先、または本件に無関係なストレージ内ファイル等、お客様の個人的なプライバシー内容を収集しません。データ処理についてご不明な点がある場合は、公式窓口までお問い合わせください。

Effective Date: 2026-03-25

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, running this authorization launcher (the “Software”), or using any Live2D models, related assets, accessories, plugins, or other content unlocked or loaded through the Software (collectively, the “Content”), you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Software and uninstall it.

2. Scope of License (Permitted Use)

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license solely to:

Complete the authorization and launch process through the Software on devices owned or managed by you;
Use the Content for personal creation, streaming, or recording within lawful software environments such as VTube Studio;
Use the Software and Content only within the number of devices permitted by the applicable license or purchase terms.

3. Prohibited Conduct (Very Important)

The following actions are strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, unpacking, cracking, bypassing authorization checks, or tampering with the Software, installer packages, Content, or related workflows;
Attempting to extract, export, restore, collect, or distribute any “clean” / unwatermarked resources, key files, or reusable materials;
Sharing the Content with any third party, redistributing, reselling, repackaging, uploading to cloud drives, or otherwise publicly distributing the Content in any form;
Using one purchase or license for multiple persons, guilds, groups, or teams by way of shared use;
Removing, obscuring, altering, or circumventing any watermark, identifier, copyright notice, or technical protection measure.

If any of the above conduct occurs, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the license, revoke the related activation code(s) or license(s), and pursue legal remedies where applicable.

4. Rules for Models, Accessories, and Unlocked Versions

This tool and related services are provided solely to assist the commissioning party in managing the use of, and protecting the copyright of, authorized Live2D models, accessories, outfits, and related files.

The commissioning party confirms that any Live2D model runtime files, accessories, outfits, and related resources provided by the commissioning party to us for processing assistance, launcher packaging, or technical support, including but not limited to unlocked versions, restriction-removed versions, lock-free versions, and related files, may only be used by the commissioning party or within the specific account(s), purpose(s), and scope agreed upon by both parties.

Without explicit written consent from us and the relevant rights holders, the commissioning party shall not provide, gift, bundle as a purchase reward, sell, share, rent, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the above Live2D model runtime files, accessories, outfits, and related resources, including but not limited to unlocked versions, restriction-removed versions, lock-free versions, and related files, to any third party, nor use them as fan benefits, purchase rewards, lottery prizes, community benefits, promotional gifts, or similar incentives.

If the commissioning party provides the above files to any third party, or if any unauthorized resale, secondary distribution, infringement dispute, support dispute, asset loss, or other risk arises from the commissioning party’s own gifting, bundling, sale, sharing, account lending, account switching, file leakage, or similar conduct, the commissioning party shall bear full responsibility.

We shall not bear any maintenance, tracing, compensation, assistance, support, or after-sales obligations for any use, distribution, gifting, sharing, restriction-removed dissemination, or third-party use that exceeds the agreed scope. We reserve the right to refuse any additional handling work arising therefrom or to charge additional fees based on the actual circumstances.

If the commissioning party is found to have violated the above rules, we reserve the right to suspend related services, pause or terminate subsequent maintenance, restrict authorization, withdraw delivered materials, submit platform complaints, preserve evidence, and pursue further liability where applicable.

Continued use of this tool or related services shall be deemed as having read, understood, and agreed to the above rules.

5. Device Binding and Verification

For license verification purposes, the Software may generate an anonymized device identifier (“machine_hash”) based on device information, in order to determine whether the license is being used within the permitted scope.

5.1 Authorization and Anti-Abuse Notice (Traceability)

In order to protect creators’ rights and prevent unauthorized copying, resale, or redistribution, the Software may collect and record the following information during activation and use for license verification and source identification purposes:

Device information: an anonymized device identifier generated from device information (“machine_hash”);
Network information: IP address and network request timestamps;
Authorization status: activation code usage records, login records, and verification logs.

Such information is used solely for the following purposes:

Verifying license validity and preventing activation code abuse, such as abnormal IP logins or multi-location sharing;
Assisting in identifying the source of a license or distribution in the event of infringement, disputes, or abnormal redistribution.

6. Nature of the Software (Compliance Statement)

The Software is an external authorization launcher used to manage the authorization and launch flow of the Content. We represent that:

It does not modify VTube Studio itself;
It does not use injection, hooking, hijacking, or unofficial interfaces to implement crack-like functionality;
It can be uninstalled, and related files may be removed in accordance with the provided instructions.

7. Risks and Limitation of Liability

The Software and Content are provided on an “as is” basis. We will make reasonable efforts to provide support for issues caused by system environments, antivirus software, permission settings, disk failures, or updates to third-party software. However, we are not liable for any indirect losses arising therefrom.

8. Handling of Violations

If we reasonably determine that a violation has occurred, including but not limited to attempts to extract model files, distribute Content, or crack the Software, we may take measures including but not limited to: revoking authorization, freezing or invalidating activation codes, refusing support, preserving relevant evidence, and taking action in accordance with applicable law.

9. Support and Contact

If you encounter any issues while using the Software, please contact customer support through our official channels and provide necessary information, such as error screenshots or logs.

10. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software or Content after any update constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Software and uninstall it.

11. Privacy Notice

The Software collects necessary information during operation (see Section 5.1) in order to protect license security. We undertake not to collect your personal private content, such as camera data, contacts, or unrelated files on your storage devices. If you have any questions regarding data processing, please contact us through our official channels.
